Please allow time for your cheque to reach us and be cleared before items are dispatched.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days from order for orders to mainland UK. If a delay is unavoidable, we will let you know and you may either choose to wait or to cancel your order. If you require a specific delivery date, or need to receive an order urgently, please telephone us on 01423 528333 (Symmetry) or 07901 966810 to arrange this. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit.
UK Delivery charges
Our product costs include VAT (17.5%), but standard rate postage and insurance are not included. Charges for carriage to mainland UK are as follows : -
For orders up to £50 (exclusive of delivery) £3.50
For orders over £50 (exclusive of delivery) free of charge
International Delivery charges
Delivery charges for orders made outside the United Kingdom with be calculated and charged individually, according to destination. Delivery and customs charges will be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, please inform us within 7 working days, for your own peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund policy. You may return them to us and we will either exchange items or refund the value of the goods. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post or at least obtain a certificate of posting. Goods should be returned in their original packaging at your expense to the following address:

Prices & Currency
Prices are determined on the date that the goods are dispatched, and we reserve the right to alter prices quoted in our price list in the light of increased costs or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control. Prices quoted in our price list are inclusive of VAT. Transactions are in Pounds Sterling.
Reservation of Title
Goods remain the property of the Cosncious Consumer until paid for in full. Any risk passes to the customer once delivery has been made.
Conformity of Goods
We do our utmost to describe our products correctly, however they are not intended to be binding and are intended to provide a general description of the products. We hope you understand that due to the unique and handmade nature of many of our products, there may be slight variation in colour or size.
Privacy Policy
We hold your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to contact you. We do not keep payment details on our system. These are destroyed immediately after payment. If you have requested to be on our email mailing list, we will send our newsletters to you via email. The Conscious Consumer does not sell customer information to any third parties.
